We will create a customized meal plan and implement changes weekly to create sustainable life long eating habits. 

🍎Habit Tracking

The secret to your success lies in your daily habits. We will optimize your energy levels, mood and more with daily habits that will be lifelong

📅 Weekly Check-ins with Your Coach:
On a specific day each week, your coach will do a full check-in, personally reviewing your week, sending you any form corrections, helping you adjust your schedule, and navigating whatever life throws your way. This check-in will be via a personalized video from your coach!

💬 1-On-1 Messaging:
Message your success coach 24/7 for support and accountability, or whenever you have a question.

👭 Access to the Private Community:
Connect with like-minded women in our private community who are also on the journey or have successfully reached their goals with our method.

📞 Bi-Weekly 1:1 Zoom Calls w/ your dedicated Coach
To help you see success you will have face to face time with your coach every other week to review your roadmap & set you up for success 

📞 Weekly Group Coaching Calls:
Each week there will be alternating calls with your coaches, so 1 call per week! We will put these calls on your calendar to attend and you will have access to any recordings 

🥑Wednesday Nutrition Call w/ Coach Michelle: Ask your specific questions to Michelle, Certified Nutrition Coach and receive personalized live support tailored to you and your nutrition Needs

🏋🏻‍♂️Sunday Group Zoom Call with/ Angela: we will review your wins, any challenge & answer any questions! We typically do some kind of mobility & movement on this call to start the week off right!
