We take a FULL BODY approach to your pull-up, since it's a full body move, and break it down into a simple three-step method, so that you can finally get your pull-up with ease (and have fun doing it!)

Mobility
Each workout starts with mobility so that we can ensure your body is mobile enough to do pull-ups safely and effectively
Stability
Mobility is nothing without stability! We want your body to be mobile enough to move, but stable enough to avoid hypermobility and injury.
Strength
It is only after we work on mobility and stability that we move to strength. Most pull-up programs only focus on strength, but in Pull-Up Revolution, strength is just a piece!
Cool Down ❄️
Once you've crushed your workout, I'll guide you through a proper cool down to make sure you're ready for tomorrow's workout!

Your Next 6 Weeks
Each week you can expect upper body, lower body, core & grip, another upper body day, a challenge day, and a mobility flow and rest day.
Week 1: Foundations - We focus on building a STRONG foundation, whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. EVERYONE needs a strong foundation!
Weeks 2-3: Rise-up - Once you have a strong foundation, now let's build on it! In weeks 2-3, we'll continue the progressions and focus on strengthening the bottom of your pull-up.
Weeks 4-5: Level Up - As the progressions build, we'll work on connecting the bottom to the middle of the pull-up. It's here where a lot of women see the most success!
Week 6: Warrior Week - We go all out and bring everything you just learned in the past few weeks together!
