They start as one thing—the underdog, the go-getter, the comic relief—and over time, they shift. They break down. They get tested. They grow.
Because without that evolution… there’s no story.
It hit me recently: I’m a character in my own story. And my plot is changing.
My story started in a lab coat—working 12-hour overnight shifts as a biochemist.
Running on Red Bulls and protein bars, sneaking in workouts at midnight just to feel like me again.
Until one day, a mentor changed everything.
She taught me how to take care of myself, fuel with purpose, and build belief from the inside out.
That moment rewrote the script.
I began helping others take their first step—getting stronger, moving better, and building real confidence.
That journey led me to American Ninja Warrior.
Suddenly, fitness wasn’t about aesthetics or competition.
It was about strength, capability, and doing things you never thought you could.
That’s when I created Pull-Up Revolution—helping thousands of women 30+ conquer their first pull-up and feel powerful in their bodies.
Then came a major twist: I tore my ACL live on national TV.
And even with all my physical strength… I crumbled.
Because the part of me that wasn’t ready? My mindset.
I had no idea who I was without “the strong girl” identity.
And it forced me into one of the hardest—and most important—chapters of my life.
That season taught me: strength isn’t just physical.
It’s deeply mental.
It’s about navigating uncertainty. Trusting yourself.
Moving forward—even when nothing makes sense.
From that pain, I created something powerful: the RIGHT Framework.
The process that helped me stop spiraling into “What if it all goes wrong?” and start living from “What if it all goes right?”
This framework isn’t just for me. It’s for anyone facing the unknown.
It reminds you—you can handle whatever life throws your way.
And on the other side? A version of you that’s even stronger.
Over the years, I’ve helped women build real, lasting strength—inside and out.
But lately, I’ve been seeing something I can’t unsee:
So many high-performers, leaders, and entrepreneurs are walking around with invisible chains.
Chains made of pressure. Perfectionism. Old identities.
They’re silently asking:
“Can I really handle this?”
“Is this too much?”
“What if I fail?”
Change is everywhere—AI, corporate restructuring, new roles, new rules.
And when faced with uncertainty, many default to the worst-case scenario.
My mission is to help CHANGE that thinking + Inspire and Impact the Masses.
I’m being called to go all in on my voice—on speaking, leading, mentoring.
So that’s what I’m doing.
This week, as I shared with someone that I was fearful of leaving my "fitness life behind" and not being accepted for yet another pivot..someone said to me: “Take us with you.”
And that hit hard.
Whether you've been with me for a few weeks, a few days a few years I am extremely grateful for every single of you here on this email list. And I am excited to take you on this journey even if it's different from why you came here in the first place.

1️⃣ Stop Resisting
It’s natural to cling to what’s familiar—especially if it once worked.
But the more you resist the next chapter, the more stuck you’ll feel.
Let yourself flow. Let yourself change.
The longer you fight the shift, the harder it feels.
✨ Repeat after me: I am allowed to outgrow what once fit.
2️⃣ Share the Journey
It’s tempting to wait until everything is figured out before you open up.
But people relate to the real you—not just the highlight reel.
Some people will come along for the ride. Others won’t.
That’s okay. That’s evolution.
Your people will find you when you show them where you’re going.
3️⃣ Remember: You’ll Probably Evolve Again
This isn’t your final form. (Spoiler alert: there is no final form.)
Every version of you is preparing the next.
You are not broken.
You’re becoming.
