If you’re currently doing zero workouts, don’t set a goal to do six 45-minute sessions next week. Instead, aim for three quick 20-minute workouts. You’ll feel accomplished, build confidence, and avoid burnout.
Are you eating 60 grams of protein a day and want to get to 100? Rather than jumping straight there, set a goal to increase by just 10 grams. Small, manageable steps will help you build consistency and create lasting change.
When we achieve small goals, we experience a boost in confidence and motivation. These quick wins help us build momentum, which is key to staying on track. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress. Each small step forward is a victory worth celebrating.
Don’t wait until you’ve hit the big goal to celebrate. Celebrate every workout, every extra gram of protein, every step you take toward your goal. These moments of success, no matter how small, keep you moving forward and remind you that you’re capable of achieving great things.
