Have you ever caught yourself saying, “I’ll do it tomorrow” or “I’m just too busy right now”? That was me this year. I’d make promises to myself—blocking time in my calendar for workouts, personal goals, or even rest—and then I’d bail.
Why? Because when life gets chaotic, the first person I stop showing up for is… me.
The truth hit me during a moment of reflection: If I don’t prioritize myself, how can I possibly show up fully for others—whether it’s my family, friends, or business?
Here’s the kicker: I know I’m not alone in this. So let’s ask ourselves the hard questions together:
Why haven’t I been doing the things I keep saying I’ll do?
What’s really holding me back?
Is it fear? Perfectionism? Overwhelm?
This year has been full of highs, lows, and lessons. I’ve recognized patterns where I’d set goals but then let them slide because I felt too tired, overwhelmed, or uncertain. Sound familiar?
For me, the reasons boiled down to this:
1️⃣ I didn’t feel aligned. When I started the year, even my vision board didn’t feel right. I was setting goals from a place of external expectations rather than true clarity.
2️⃣ I was scared. Not of failure, but of stepping outside my comfort zone.
One glaring example? Skipping workouts. As a lifelong athlete, movement has always been my priority, but I’d catch myself saying, “What’s the point? I’m not training for anything.”
The truth is, I am training—for life. For a high-quality, energized, and fulfilling life.
Sometimes, we get so caught up in chasing big goals that we forget to celebrate the little wins. This year, I didn’t hit all the “big flashy goals” on my vision board.
But you know what? 2024 was a year of internal growth.
✨ I healed from heartbreak.
✨ I rebuilt my confidence and reconnected with myself.
✨ I strengthened my team and helped hundreds of women crush their fitness goals.
It’s not always about the external milestones. Sometimes, the most important growth is what happens within.
I want you to take a moment today—grab a journal or simply reflect—and ask yourself these questions:

Remember, you have the answers within you. You just need to ask the right questions and listen.
This year, I’m getting hyper-focused on what truly matters. I’ve mapped out my goals for the first quarter—breaking them into daily, weekly, and monthly tasks:
1️⃣ Daily: Simple habits like movement, gratitude, hydration, and staying off TikTok rabbit holes.
2️⃣ Weekly: Planning workouts, budgeting, and checking in with friends.
3️⃣ Monthly: Reflecting on progress and recalibrating.
