In this week's dose of motivation, I want to share a funny and inspiring story about how some of my incredible clients accidentally stumbled into their bikini bodies Yeah, you heard that right – accidentally! See, when I work with clients, even if their goal is to tone-up, lose fat, or get lean, I always encourage them to shift their perspective. It's all about getting stronger and celebrating those non-scale victories!
Why? Because it's an absolute blast! You see, two of my clients initially started their journey with the simple goal of conquering their first pull-up. But guess what happened after just three months of our kickass collaboration? They nailed not only their FIRST pull-up but also multiple pull-ups and even towel pull-ups! Talk about a celebration!

For those of you who have been following my journey, you know that I've been wanting a furry companion for a LONG time. After losing my beloved cat, Felix, who had been with me through thick and thin for 18 amazing years, I was heartbroken. Felix was more than just a pet; she was my sassy best friend, my confidant, and my constant companion from middle school to college. I still think about her every single week.
The decision to get a dog had been weighing on my mind for years. Some people warned me against it, while others couldn't stop raving about how it would be the best decision of my life. I spent so long caught up in what everyone else was saying that I forgot to listen to my own heart.
But finally, I decided to take the leap and welcome this little cutie into my life. And let me tell you,...
